Rock Bank Transpersonal Centre
The Area Around Rock Bank Map of Rock Bank Parking Courses and Catering Cancellations and Refunds Rock Bank is my home in Cropston in Leicestershire. The Village of Cropston is set between Leicester and Loughborough. The house is in the main street next door to the Post Office, on a reasonable bus route. Leicester railway station is about 7 miles away by taxi. Rock Bank is a place of retreat, space and calm where lives may be refreshed and enriched. It was set up as a Centre in May 1989. It is not based on any particular philosophy or religious path. The Area. Ridge and furrow meadows, ponds, hedgerows and orchards flank the garden and stretch away to the Forest of Charnwood, where are to be found some of the world's oldest volcanic and granite outcrops. Beyond, among the hills, woods and lakes of the forest, live badgers, foxes and numerous water birds. There are good walks to the reservoir, to ponds, hills and streams. The garden, where you are free to wander, has a small waterfall.

Parking. Not immediately outside the house, please, but there are side streets nearby, the Bradgate Arms' large pub car park opposite (for its patrons only), or the Badger's Sett around the corner. Courses & Catering. Courses are mainly non-residential; you are welcome to stay overnight on a self-catering basis, though people need to bring sleeping bags and food. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free on all courses. Lunch. Both these pubs in the village serve good bar food. You may prefer to bring your own to have here. Cancellations and Refunds. If you have to cancel in the 7 days before the workshop, please telephone 0116 236 4256. Though we cannot guarantee to do so, we will try and fill your place. Otherwise a cancellation charge of half the fee will be retained, and in the case of last minute cancellations the full fee will be forfeit. Hazel Marshall,
